Terms of Sale and Licence

These terms apply when you use the Crewible website or buy Crewible. Crewible is a product of Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd (ABN 34 695 911 025), the company behind CVelo, our publishing catalogue and our other products. By using the site or buying Crewible, you accept these terms.

What you are buying

• Crewible is a downloadable Claude Code plugin: eight specialist agent templates, the brain-vault structure, integration playbooks, and the install guide.
• It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no renewal. The download is delivered as a zip file straight after payment.
• Prices are shown in Australian dollars and payment is processed by Stripe.

What you need to run it

Crewible runs inside your own Claude Code, on your own machine and your own paid Claude plan. You are responsible for your Claude account, for complying with Anthropic’s terms, and for any usage costs on that account. If Anthropic changes what Claude Code can do, that is outside our control, though we will keep the product current where we reasonably can.

Your licence

When you buy Crewible you get a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use it. Yours forever means exactly that, and here is what it covers:

• You may install Crewible for yourself or your own business, adapt it, reskin it, and use it to run that business, including commercially.
• You may not resell Crewible, share the zip file, publish the templates, or repackage any part of it as your own product, free or paid.
• The licence covers one person or one business. If you want to roll it out across clients or a team, email us and we will sort out something fair.
• The intellectual property in Crewible stays with Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd. Everything the crew produces for your business is yours.

Tester access codes

If we have given you an access code instead of a paid purchase, the same licence and restrictions apply. Codes are personal: please do not share the code or the download, and we may revoke a code at any time.

About the AI outputs

Crewible is built around supervised AI, and that is not just marketing. The agents draft, research and prepare; you review and decide. Nothing the crew produces is professional, legal, financial or accounting advice, AI output can contain errors, and we cannot guarantee any business result. Keep your eyes on anything that touches money, email, or the public.

Refunds

Our refund policy explains your options, including your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for Crewible.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. We may update them from time to time, and will post the current version here with its date.
