The operator

I’m not selling a dream. I’m showing you mine.

In a market full of headshots and hype, the one thing nobody can fake is a real operation that actually runs. That’s the whole pitch, and it’s the one thing I have that they don’t.

Why I built this, and why I sell it straight

I wasted a month believing the ads before I worked out what was real and what was costume. The framework that came out of that is what I run today. I sell it the way I wish it had been sold to me: with the limits in the headline, not the footnotes.

If that costs me the buyers who wanted to believe the fantasy, fine. The ones who stay are the ones I can actually help.

The credibility stack

Ex-lawyer

A legal background means I read the fine print the gurus skip: data handling, IP, and who's liable when an agent gets it wrong. Governance isn't an afterthought here; it's the lens.

A real operation

Four brands, a 14-book catalogue, daily output. The crew isn't a demo I spun up to sell you. It's the thing that lets one person run all of it. Everything I sell, I use.

Governance-first

The Council reviews before anything ships. I can tell you exactly where autonomy ends because I drew the line myself, the hard way, on my own money.

Want to see how the crew actually runs?

Start with the honest guide. No pitch until you’ve read it, and if it talks you out of buying, it did its job.
