What it costs to run, and why that’s the good news
The crew runs on your own Anthropic usage, billed by Anthropic, not a subscription to me. For most solo operators that’s around A$30 to A$120 a month: less than one hour of a freelancer, for a crew that works all day. You set a hard spend capin your own dashboard, so it can never run away from you. No platform fees from me on top. One payment for the system, a few dollars a day to run it. That’s the whole picture.
